Tinariwen On Tour in the United States

Desert blues band Tinariwen is currently on tour in the United States, making several stops on the West Coast and also at a couple of festivals in the South. This desert blues band, formed in Muammar al-Qadaffi's rebel training camps, puts on one of the most dynamic and exciting live shows you'll ever see. These days Tinariwen slings guitars, not guns, but their fiery passion for the rights of their people (the Tuareg) comes through loud and clear. Catch them if you can!
