After about three weeks of hemming and hawing and agonizing and adding and subtracting and adding back and complaining that my job is just too hard and then feeling bad for complaining that my job is too hard (my grandmother worked in a chain factory, for Pete's sake), I finally have my end-of-the-year list. And it's a doozy. There is just so much great international music on that list (and so much more that almost made the cut) that I don't even really know where to tell you to begin.
