Scott Palmer, Bassist for Reggae Band John Brown's Body, Dies

Scott Palmer, bassist for wildly popular Boston-based reggae band John Brown's Body, died today, June 7, of cancer of the gall bladder. Palmer was diagnosed in January, and had been on a break from touring since then. His illness and death came as a terrible shock to his bandmates, friends and fans alike.
