BEST BOB MARLEY ALBUM
- Difficult as this is, I will say without doubt that UPRISING tops it all. This was the last studio recording by Bob Marley before he died. Coming out after the 1979 successful SURVIVAL album which featured notable hits like Africa Unite, One Drop, Ride Natty Ride, Babylon System, Zimbabwe, to mention a few, the expectation was incredibly and understandably high. The UPRISING album met the challenge and for those who have not had the chance to listen to it, please pick up a copy. This is coming from someone who owns virtually every album released by Bob Marley. The Album track list which begins with Coming In From The Cold will keep the heat on through Bad Card, Zion Train, Pimper's Paradise, Forever Loving Jah, Could You Be Loved. The current release has the Redemption Song (Band Version), played with a similar rythm like the Bad Card. The musicians have NEVER played with such superior class and zeal. Aston and Carlton Barrett, Junior Marvin, Patterson Al Anderson were marvelous

Best Album
- Natty Dread. Pure reggae with Lively up Yourself and No Woman No Cry, plus Natty Dread, Revolution, and Them Belly Full (But We Hungry). I have to say, Survival ties Natty Dread with Ride Natty Ride, Babylon System, and Zimbabwe. It was a very influencal in the 80s and a great militant return from the love and weed saturated album Kaya, its predecessor.

Favorite BMW album
- If it's not cheating, Songs of Freedom, otherwise Rastaman Vibration

Best Bob Marley
- Hands down, it's Rastaman Vibration and Marley Magic!!!!! Check it before you say "idk" - it shows the meaning of Rasta, and if you're still not sure, watch any of his live performances. One of his last shows was in Germany and man, if you don't love his music then, well maybe reggae isn't for ya. One Love

Best Bob Marley Album
- ...in my opinion, it's the 1975 'Live' album. It captures Bob and the rest of the original Wailers lineup in top form!

Best Bob Marley Album of ALL time
- Kaya......ohh yea baby!! (Actually it was kind of hard to decide...ALL his music is the BEST)

Legend
- This is the album that got me into Bob Marley, its got his his best known stuff, so how can you go wrong with it? Though any album he did between 1974 and 1980 is certainly worth having.

Best bob marley Albums
- Burnin' was the first album I ever owned by The Wailers, and there's is so many memories of when I would listen to it while living in the country, mowing yards & working on farms, that I always reagard this one as my favorite... but! Rastaman Vibration is also up there, because it came out the year I was born. As far as his more political albums, Survival, I think tops the heap.

Bob Marley
- Well hard for me to chose just one. I will start off with Kaya. I would then move to his last one Uprising. I then would move to a in studio performance at the Record Plant in N.Y.C. This would be B.M.W. I have this bootleg if anyone out there wants a copy.
